CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — The Canyon County Motor Vehicle (CCMV) and the Title Registration Office (TRO) are cutting down on wait times by encouraging customers to make an appointment online.
According to the Canyon County Assessor, Data shows that customers who use the new appointment system have an average wait time of approximately three minutes. For walk-in customers, the average wait time for them is 45 minutes to an hour.
