Taking His Mantra Outside Gym, Fitness Icon Joey Swoll Condemns Influencers Acton a Busy NYC Sid

Joey Swoll is a bodybuilding champion, social media influencer, and an advocate for gym positivity. Born in 1983, Joey Sergo ‘Swoll’ has always been active since childhood and played many sports. The co-founder of a supplement company, a fitness model, and a social media persona always inspire people to be better. The man who lived in a cafeteria beside a gym in his second semester found bodybuilding to be a solace from all the college bullying. That is when he decided on his life path.

Now Swoll not only has 7 million followers on TikTok but he advocates for anti-bullying and anti-body shaming. He is the CEO of Gym Positivity, who sometimes even goes outside the gym environment to call out the bad behavior of people. Recently, Swoll narrowed down on another social media user who invaded a public space.

Joey Swoll lashes on a fashion influencer who invaded New York streets

An individual was dressed in a tuxedo vest, with a plaid print, along with black, formal short pants. They also had black sunglasses and a satchel bag. The person put their phone on the sidewalk of a busy New York St. and started filming their outfit. People were coming by from all sides, and at the end of the video, a woman wearing a white crop top and jeans walked by from the front of the camera because she needed to go somewhere.

Unfortunately, the comments in that video were not very kind to the woman, and even called her ugly. The CEO of Gym Positivity is not someone who will take any toxic behavior, even when it is outside the gym. He took it upon himself to comment on the behavior of the person in the video, as well as the people in the comments.

CEO of Gym Positivity, Joey Swoll Breaks His Own Rule and Later Scolds Himself to “Mind His Own Business”

Joey said, “Imagine being so entitled that you think just because you have a bunch of followers you can put your phone down anywhere and you own that space, and nobody can walk through it.” He also added, “Including a busy public sidewalk in New York City.” Swoll said that there was no need to disrespect the woman who passed by in front of the camera since she had to be somewhere. He ended the video with his patent line, “You need to do better.” He has talked about the farce of fame and followers on social media before to prove his point of being a good human being.

Joey Swoll says that fame is false

In an Instagram short Swoll was seen asking, “When did it become ‘I’m better than you because I have more followers than you? When did that become a thing? How does having followers equate to you having a good heart and a good soul doing acts of kindness? Being somebody that simply is a good human…”

He gave a reality check for people like the person in the video who will do anything for a bunch of likes. Swoll said, “Listen man fame isn’t real.” The bodybuilder said that having a good heart and using social media for a better cause is what is good.
